After you have completed the setup, simply click the button marked START LOGGING to begin monitoring your system. A new session will automatically start every time the system is rebooted.
Press the Show Key (the default is CONTROL-ALT-SHIFT-Y) and enter your password when prompted. The session will stop and you will be returned to the main window.
After a session is has been stopped, you may view the captured activities by clicking on the corresponding VIEW LOG button in the main window.
